SIZING
These garments have compression so if you are in between sizes, a size up is recommended. Please refer to our sizing guide here to find your correct size.PRODUCT CARE
In order to protect your garment quality and extend the life of your items, it is essential that you follow the care instructions on your garment label:
Cold machine wash with like colours it is highly recommended that you turn your garments inside out prior to washing, place them in a wash bag with like colours and wash it on a cold setting or alternatively hand wash them
Do not tumble dry
Dry in shade: keep garment inside out post wash and dry it in shade to prevent it from fading
Do not iron
